RESPONSIBILITIES
- Comprehensive order processing on Amazon sales platforms and TRIBECCO brand store in German language
- Informing customers about the order fulfillment process, clarifying discrepancies and doubts by email and telephone
- handling complaints and returns

- Knowledge of the German language at a level that allows free telephone communication
